Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Numismatic coins

  • Custom-made jewelry

  • Altered or resized items

  • Items showing wear or damage

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange:

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Item must pass inspection

  • Store credit may be issued if the exchange item costs less
